As an orbeo communication trainee, you will participate in external and internal communication activities such as:

• - management of external communication operations such as trade shows and conferences worldwide: stand preparation, logistics, coordination.
• - support on the organisation of events for customers
• - support on the enhancement of the website referencing and contents
• - organize the press review
• - support on the documents conception
• - assist the orbeo communication manager in the development of the communication activities and strategy

Requirements:

• - Master Degree from Business School or a 4/5 years degree in Communication
• - Fluent in French and English
• - The applicant needs to be very organized and rigorous. Pragmatism and relational abilities will be welcome
• - Very good command of IT tools such as Excel, Power Point
• - Excellent drafting skills
• - Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and quick execution
• - International and domestic travels
